Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Se/B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed public university (Preferable from BUET,KUET,CUET,RUET,SUST)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be good in communication verbally & written for the support of sales department with the clients.
∎ Applicant must have applied knowledge on design software of civil engineering (STAADPro, ETABS, Auto CAD, SAFE etc.)
∎ Basic knowledge on design code. (BNBC, ACI, UBC, ASCE etc.) & provide Technical support on design related matter.
∎ Structural design of any type of buildings (Both Steel structure and RCC)
∎ Meeting with clients & assisting marketing and sales department.
∎ Preparation of BOQ and Price Offer & drawings according to design.
∎ Supervision of assisting engineers and detailer & visiting sites.
∎ Communicate with clients' requirements & Create marketing presentation and carry out formal presentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and maintaining deadlines.
∎ Well organized and good team player. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Factory clients.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect.
∎ This dynamic company requires the skills of said positions to develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
