Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: solidworks
∎ Skills Required: CAD Designing, Solidworks
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD Designing, Solidworks, Structural Designing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To design sheet metal and plastic products in details (both 2D &3D) by Solid works, AutoCAD & Siemens NX etc.
∎ To calculate weight and material requirements for structural parts.
∎ To modify structural parts according to requirements.
∎ To analyze products parts design, material selection of designed components and improvise new design.
∎ Research & Innovation different mechanical process to shorten production process time.
∎ To research on how the design will work, sustainable and cost-effective.
∎ To develop products according to required Standards and turn it into manufacturing ends.
∎ To work closely with other engineers, technicians, manufacturers, and suppliers supporting current designs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Candidates must have related experience in the field (mechanical design, Sheet metal & Plastic process).
∎ Should have Clear understanding of product design and other manufacturing process.
∎ Sound knowledge on different types of sheet metals and plastic materials, die and mold, bending and punching machines etc.
∎ Should have strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas.
∎ Basic knowledge or practical experience in Mechanical Systems, Materials, Components
∎ Must basic knowledge and experience with various CAD Tools such as Solid works, AutoCAD, Siemens NX etc.
Salary: Negotiable
