∎ Bachelor in Architecture from reputed university;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop creative and innovative architectural concepts that meet client objectives, project requirements, and budget constraints. Transforming conceptual ideas into detailed design plans;
∎ Ensuring sustainability in design and understanding of required certifications (LEED, Greenmark etc.)
∎ Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and project goals. Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback into the design process;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 years of experience in relevant field with state-issued architectural license;
∎ Experience of working in international projects, working with international architectural firms.
