• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Finance

• 5 to 8 years

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Income Tax and VAT laws.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge.

• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet statutory deadlines.

• Ability to independently determine applicable VAT, VDS, TDS and AIT rates and amount.

• Strong knowledge on MS Excel and Account ERP Software. 

• Manage Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax (TDS/AIT), VAT, and other applicable taxes.

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax and VAT returns, statements, and regulatory reports.

• Ensure compliance with NBR, Income Tax, and VAT regulations.

• Handle tax/VAT audits, assessments, notices, queries, and regulatory correspondence.

• Review tax and VAT implications of vendor payments, contracts, imports, and business transactions.

• Monitor changes in tax and VAT laws and advise management accordingly.

• Identify tax/VAT risks and recommend appropriate mitigation and optimization strategies.

• Maintain proper tax and VAT records, documentation, and compliance calendars.

• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Legal, Auditors, and external tax consultants.
