Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage risk-based maintenance of equipment & systems.
∎ Perform engineering activities as per GMP, GDP & GEP, EU, MHRA, TGA and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Adhere to QMS culture in engineering activities by performing Risk assessment, deviation change control CAPA etc.
∎ Supervise and monitor Engineering activity (process, HVAC, water system).
∎ Experience conducting regulatory audits like MHRA/EU/TGA/FDA.
∎ Prepare a preventive maintenance plan and also organize & monitor its execution.
∎ Maintenance & troubleshooting of all-electric, electronic, and pneumatic instruments and systems of process & utility machinery.
∎ Prepare URS, and prepare technical & commercial evaluation documents with proper justification for all new machines.
