Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Job Context:
∎ Prepare yearly sales target in collaboration with CEO
∎ Ensure individual Area & Territory wise target distribution and more than 100% achievement
∎ Ensure !00% collection of Sales Proceeds as per Company Policy
∎ Ensure the implementation of Promotional work as desired by the Company
∎ Supervise & monitoring Assistant Sales Managers daily work
∎ Prepare yearly Training calendar of Sales team and execution in time
∎ Prepare market analysis report and prepare plan of Action in collaboration with CEO
∎ Take necessary steps to collect market outstanding if any
∎ Ensure cost consciousness in the field work and ensure highest effort
∎ Inform CEO on field related important information and prepare strategy for approval
∎ Ensure a very cooperative and congenial atmosphere with all departments & Sales.
∎ Ensure in time Sales peoples yearly performance Evaluation and submit for decision
∎ Approve the field tour expenses bill for disbursement as per Company system
∎ Ensure minimum 60% to 70% time in field visit
∎ Submit monthly field visit report with recommendation for development of the Company
∎ Arrange motivational campaign for the Distributor/Important Parties
∎ Prepare & submit yearly expenditure budget related with Sales
∎ Submit manpower optimum utilization report and if needed submit requisition for hire
∎ Any other task assign by the Office
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
