∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure compliance with UGC rules and regulations in all academic and administrative operations.
∎ Assist in drafting and implementing university policies in alignment with UGC guidelines and international best practices.
∎ To support policy-making bodies, such as BOT, Syndicate, Academic Council and other Management Committee and Sub-committees within the university management systems.
∎ To manage meetings of policy-making bodies, taking minutes of meeting proceedings follow them up for action and implementation
∎ To keep liaison with all regulatory bodies like the Ministry of Education and UGC
∎ Monitor accreditation standards and regulatory updates, ensuring timely implementation.
∎ Support the Registrar in strategic planning, including the development of academic and administrative initiatives.
∎ Participate in institutional decision-making processes as a key administrative leader.
∎ Stay updated on UGC guidelines, national education policies, and global trends in higher education.
∎ Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Registrar or university leadership as needed.
