Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil/ BSc in Civil/ B.Arch WITH MINIMUM 05 YEAR'S EXPERIENCE IN INTERIOR DESIGN.
∎ Having professional course on Interior Design will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Auto-Cad,Civil Engineering,Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop aesthetic interior designs that are functional, appealing and appropriate for the space.
∎ Enhances and improves interior spaces' functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and décor.
∎ Research and prepare plans, diagrams or sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting and furnishing.
∎ Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts.
∎ Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs.
∎ Place orders for materials and oversee installing the interior design elements.
∎ Maintain liaison with various colleagues, including architects and engineers for the developing the interior design.
∎ Manage project, site and monitor construction progress.
∎ Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specification.
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation and regular monitoring of project activities.
∎ Any other assignment is given by top management.
