Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & guide the Project team and be responsible from initiation to completion of the Road Construction project by analyzing requirements, costing, budgeting, planning and determining the time frame, controlling and ensuring proper implementation of work.
∎ Arrange necessary staffing and ensure proper engagement of the experts, manpower and contractors for the project.
∎ Collect, review and prepare status report for the project and make necessary adjustments to the work schedules and plans as per demand.
∎ Analyze risks and guide the project team to mitigate the issues for better interest of the project.
∎ Ensure work safety of the project staffs by taking necessary safety measures and consult with QMS team for further development as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ minimum 07 years of practical for new road construction from land filling to final coat of bitumen under any company in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
