Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed university / Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engineer must be capable to operate the construction works
∎ Submit the monthly work progress report to Head Office.
∎ Collect approved drawing, design from concerned authority.
∎ Supervise the site works maintaining the proper quality of work
∎ Get the works done by workers according to the specification provided by the company.
∎ Deal the contractor and workers.
∎ Deal the clients for information of specific flat.
∎ Prepared the contractor's bill .
∎ Guide the subordinate (Such as Site Engineer, Inventory officer etc.)
∎ Prepared the details estimation of required materials.
∎ Follow up the supply of materials and their use.
∎ Prepared the material requisition.
∎ Monitor the use of safety equipment used by both site staffs and workers at site
∎ Ensure the safety for out site works.
∎ Monitor the site to keep it neat and clean
∎ Prepare the monthly work schedule according to Master Schedule.
∎ Obliged to respond for any emergency issue of the project.
∎ Contact with the immediate superior for any support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) in the relevant field
∎ AutoCad/Revit, Sketchup/3D Max /Adobe Illustrator

Salary: Negotiable
