Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality control of construction works.
∎ Ensure smooth work progress as per work schedule of the project.
∎ Ensure materials quality, construction quality and safety by top supervision.
∎ Ensuring the work of different projects according to the approved design.
∎ Ensuring frequent site visit as per sites need and submit the site visit report (SVR) to Head of Department (HOD) and having effective discussion to take all relevant measures against problem at the sites.
∎ Checking the contractor's bill.
∎ Maintaining the time schedule of the project.
∎ Coordinating with concerned personnel at different sites and projects as well.
∎ Coordinate among sites, Head Office and different vendors.
∎ Report on construction progress and essential issues to HOD on a regular basis.
∎ Attend important meetings and preparing meeting minutes accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
∎ Willing and able to work under pressure.
