• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations across different clinical units of the hospital.

• Ensure quality nursing care, patient safety, infection prevention, and compliance with hospital policies and clinical protocols.

• Supervise nursing personnel and coordinate with Nurse Managers, Nursing Supervisors, and Charge Nurses.

• Monitor nursing manpower requirements, duty rosters, attendance, and staff deployment.

• Support nursing recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and competency assessment.

• Monitor staff performance and identify training and professional development needs.

• Conduct regular nursing audits and ensure proper clinical documentation and reporting.

• Address nursing-related incidents, patient complaints, and operational challenges.

• Coordinate with HR, Medical Services, Quality Assurance, and Administration to ensure effective service delivery.

• Prepare periodic reports on nursing operations, staffing, performance, and quality indicators.
