Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for running the overall operations with an emphasis to implement the policy and work program related to purchase and sell of secondary apartments / lands / plots/ commercials, administration and other issues.
∎ The post is result oriented challenging and meant for the profit of the Company.
∎ Implement the Company business align with the growth.
∎ Formulate the strategic marketing plan and to achieve business target as set by the Management time to time.
∎ Initiate the action plan to identify the potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Design the business policy aiming to achieve the objective(s) of the Company.
∎ Meet the Company’s revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years in the similar position and at least 16 years’ experience of buying and selling of ready apartments/lands/plots/commercials.
