Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Telecommunication Engineering will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Logistic, Purchase/ Procurement, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the entire supply chain process of telecom service supports, such as procurement (Local & Foreign), Inventory control (main product & spares) and smooth distribution and logistics functions of all telecom sub-centers.
∎ Ensure that all procured items are documented in accordance with the payment order, received voucher and challan.
∎ Ensure correct maintenance of daily stock record and monitor Daily Delivery Orders for all products and spares.
∎ Ensure Cost control through effective Inventory Management.
∎ Tracking of consumption of all spares and consumable items regularly and thereof make timely analysis of projected requirements.
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hand on experience in telecom service Provider Company or in equivalent field as Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Management.
∎ Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of automotive parts having materials handling and ware housing skills.
∎ Capable to control inventory and having planning & scheduling skills.
∎ Balanced inventory-Maximum turns with Minimum Obsolescence.
∎ Capable to handle Parts sales operations.
∎ Devise Pricing Parameters to ensure both customer loyalty and budgeted profits.
∎ Receiving customer complaints on cordially and accordingly ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining tactical relationship with principal.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Risk taking and challenge seeking abilities
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours under pressure.
∎ Capable to handle Ms-Office Operation.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.
