∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
∎ Manage schedules and deadlines of project completion.
∎ Monitor and keeping of project materials such as civil, electrical and mechanical materials in safe condition.
∎ Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials for project with attention to budgetary constraints.
∎ Manage the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, electrical and mechanical system.
∎ Initiate and coordinates deadline to achievement of project goal of the company.
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.
∎ Liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors, suppliers, law enforcement agencies, certification license issuing authorities to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Manage schedules and deadlines of project completion.
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
∎ Monitor cost and expenses according to budget.
∎ Monitor and procures needed supplies for office, reception, kitchen, beautification of factory premises and other related issues.
∎ Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, aspiring job result and disciplining employees.
∎ Ensure safe, secure and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health and security standard.
∎ Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space in collaboration with Corporate People & Productivity team.
∎ Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Ensure that all administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence, are completed accurately and efficiently.
∎ Set procedures for training, coaching, counselling and career development for the staff.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
