∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will lead a team of 3/4 people.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for overall commercial activities including Export, Import, Cash Incentive and Custom bond handling related activities;
∎ Candidate has to perform all documentations, correspondences, banking, C & F and LC related work on time;
∎ Responsible for import garments raw materials under Back-to-Back L/Cs, Commercial L/Cs for fabric, accessories, machinery, samples, and goods, etc. and in-house of them on time.
∎ All kind of L/C opening, amendment, etc.
∎ Import delivery formalities.
∎ Export documents forward as per L/C terms.
∎ Maintain and monitor HS code allowances as required by the company.
∎ Local & foreign documents purchase/Negotiation, Maturity & payment follow up packing credit.
∎ Cash incentive claim, audit & fund disbursement follow-up.
∎ All correspondence with BGMEA/BKMEA/BTMA&UD, Export order & PC monitoring.
∎ EPB: - GSP & CO monitoring.
∎ Others: -Permission & renewal monitoring like BOI, CCIE, EPB, BTMA, BKMEA, DEDO.
∎ Collect country wise GSI (General Shipping instruction) from concerned persons and analyze all terms and conditions and make invoice as per GSI.
∎ Communicate with bank, supplier, Bangladesh bank and CNF
∎ Close follow up by with several buyers; meet their requirements;
∎ Any other commercial duties as required by the company management.
∎ Weekly and monthly reporting of all commercial activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Commercial)
∎ Fluent communication skill in English both in writing and speaking.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
