Job Context:
∎ Nextblock Autoclaved is looking for an experienced engineering professional for the position of Deputy Manager/Asst. Manager - Mechanical Maintenance in its Factory, located in Ghatail, Tangail.
∎ The applicant should be able to commit to stay longer period of time in Ghatail, Tangail.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all machines, equipment & tools well maintained.
∎ Ensure maximum operational efficiency of the machineries.
∎ To check the daily schedule work and complete accordingly.
∎ Planning & scheduling of preventive maintenance of all machineries.
∎ Check technical specifications of all machineries and keep record of machinery's breakdown history with find out efficient way for sustainable repairing.
∎ Use of indigenous Material to reduce the excess cost of repairing.
∎ Monitor the manpower utilization, Material & equipment requirement for effectiveness & smooth operations.
∎ Coordination with factory maintenance at relevant work.
∎ Check mechanical maintenance checklist what is maintained precisely or not.
∎ Develop & implement SOP in an efficient way.
∎ Monitor and supervise all the mechanical activities relate to the plant maintenance & projects.
∎ Assist to develop & implement the preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
∎ Responsible for maximizing the plant reliability & reducing the down time & mean time between break down (MTBB).
∎ Maintain Liaison with various functional teams to achieve production targets.
∎ Responsible for all machinery maintenance.
∎ Record keeping of Mechanical Spare Parts.
∎ Impart on-the-job training to the subordinate for skill up-gradation.
∎ To manage and provide technical support as required for delivery of all the mechanical utilities include the electric power distribution, Generators, Boilers, autoclave, Compressors etc.
∎ For operating the utilities, setting up and managing the whole operation, identify spares requirement, train operatives and support staff, maintain operational records and operational costs.
∎ Any Other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Sound Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance and total preventive maintenance.
∎ Computer literacy is must for the position.
∎ Able to work on own as well as being a team player.
∎ Intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Have in-depth technical knowledge.Manufacturing (Heavy Industry)
