Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for the coordination of projects undertaken locally with the collaboration of other TUV SUD business lines.
∎ 2. To lead sales and client-relationship management, track new markets and emerging trends, recommends new services, proposes and develops new strategic partnerships to meet the financial targets
∎ 3. To manage proposals and plans, and guides long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements
∎ 4. To responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding brand presence.
∎ 5. To develop and implement business plans.
∎ 6. To manage Bangladesh sales and operation team.
∎ 7. To forecast requirements for the areas; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ 8. To optimize the organization and resources dedicated to Buildings, Infrastructure, and Facilities management in the region.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Codes and Standards.
∎ Experience in TIP (Third Party Inspection) & PMC (Project Management Consulting) is preferred.
∎ Handling tender/bidding for Govt./Private projects on Infrastructure i.e. Water, Bridge, Irrigation.
Salary: Negotiable
