Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Practical knowledge on HVAC System, Pharma Water System, Generator, Air Compressor, Boiler, Pump operation and maintenance work
∎ Inspect and analyse existing systems, determine the condition of existing systems, and verify operating parameters for accuracy
∎ Perform tests and troubleshoot existing systems. Recommend changes to the system in order to ensure good performance. Review material take offs and cost estimates for the work as applicable
∎ Participate in commissioning of Utility machine, conduct walkthrough and prepare exception item list
∎ To ensure the compliance and regulatory requirements for the Factory
∎ Practical knowledge on Chiller (York, Trane) operation and maintenance work
∎ Coordinate maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force
∎ Assign maintenance manpower within his assigned area to meet daily changes in operating requirements and priorities
∎ Keep records of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities/register accordingly and report to management
∎ Check inventory of supplies, prepare requisition, ensure safety stock and perform any other duties assigned by management time to time

∎ Minimum 8 year(s) for B.Sc. Engineer
∎ Minimum l0 year(s) for Diploma Engineer
