Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Master in any disciple from a reputed institution.
∎ However for highly qualified candidate, education qualification can be flexible.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 11 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire safety Management, General Administration, Health Safety and Environment, Occupational Health, Safety Audit, Safety compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as Dealer Safety Officer.
∎ Ensure safety compliance with regulatory & Caterpillar requirements.
∎ Coordinate & manage different kinds of staffing such as proposal submission, report writing, conduct survey for the Safety Department.
∎ Formulate the new and amend the existing policies & SOPs' for Safety Department.
∎ Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of Safety policies and SOPs'.
∎ Conduct safety & compliance audit to evaluate existing safety & compliance management standard.
∎ Maintain and analyse the Safety Management database.
∎ Coordinate with Caterpillar Safety Rep. & organize different dealer safety programs at BanglaCAT.
∎ Develop & implement safety management procedures within the organization.
∎ Conduct risk assessment and job hazard analysis for all procedures & equipment.
∎ Ensure Safety Management for BanglaCAT Rental Store & workshop and coordinate with concerned Division for effective PPE Management.
∎ Investigate workplace accident/incident/near miss and report preparation.
∎ Analyse environmental regulations & policies and institute changes to ensure compliance.
∎ Conduct different sustainability programs at BanglaCAT.
∎ Planning & preparing Divisional Safety Budget and process various bills of Safety related procurement.
∎ Act as safety budget coordinator with different department.
∎ Conduct Fundamental Occupational Health & Safety Training.
∎ Conduct Safety Training & coordinate with HR, Related Division and outsource Trainer for Advance Level Safety Training.

Salary: Negotiable
