Job Responsibilities:
∎ To design, installation and qualification of R&D facility in a new factory premises.
∎ To organize and carry out the product design and establishment of formulation for new products aligned with the desire of the product management department and the organization’s business goal.
∎ Must have an attitude of the project management of each SKU as a different project of holistic package.
∎ Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues of all dosage forms considering product’s quality and production cost.
∎ To conduct pre-formulation studies of new products for regulatory market & domestic market.
∎ To conduct development design and execution of prototype batch of new product.
∎ To conduct quality risk assessment related to material attributes and process parameters.
∎ Statistical process control and process capability measurement.
∎ Preparation of BMR, BPR and process validation protocol for validation batches as well as report preparation of product development and process validation batches.
∎ Preparation of new SOPs, revision and update of existing SOPs.
∎ Preparation of recipe and master formulation for new products.
∎ Maintaining communication with supply chain to get raw materials and must be have smooth internal-communication with different departments like QA, QC, Production, Engineering and PMD.
∎ Must be have computer skills (Word, Excel & Power point).
∎ Strong interpersonal, writing and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a team.
