Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor of any reputed university
∎ At least 10 years of progressively responsible work experience that includes 04 years’ as Senior QC Officer
∎ Other professional training and courses will be looked at as additional advantages.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure standard quality requirements in cutting, sewing and finishing
∎ Follow sample requirements, ensure standard quality in samples and deliver on time
∎ Check all Quality points especially sewing and finishing
∎ Conducting department wise quality inspection to control product defects
∎ Organize pre-shipment quality inspection before final quality inspection and generate Pre QC report
∎ Generate daily QC report on weaving Cuts and Finishing line
∎ Coordination final inspection
∎ Work with surveyor on QC on final inspection
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management or superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Proven working experience as an Deputy QC Manager or relevant experience
∎ Excellent knowledge of technical management
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
∎ Ability to manage personnel
∎ Good writing & verbal in Bangla and English communication skills
∎ Willingness to work under a team
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Computer literacy;
∎ Excellent communication skill
