Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE or Renewable Energy

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide engineering support for PV plant, substations, civil work, transmission line related solar specific engineering issues.
∎ Create project management plans, project documents specific to the project needs which are aligned with company policies.
∎ Manage interfaces between project, contractor and OE in submittal of financial close documents and deliverables.
∎ Track project key performance indicators (schedule, cost, quality, scope) and provide inputs/corrective action to ensure progress is according to plan.
∎ Maintain project timeline, identify critical path and key milestones for project's success.
∎ Evaluate monthly contractor progress reports with an eye toward managing project risks and exploiting project opportunities.
∎ Prepare monthly reports for the project Director/Lead based on contractor reports and first hand observation of the project progress.
∎ Present project progress, key findings and recommendations to the project Director/Lead.
∎ Communicate with utilities and authority having jurisdictions regarding interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues.
∎ Negotiate variation orders as required, managing scope, technical issues and commercial commitments.
∎ Offer technical and commercial solutions to local contractors performing project construction works based on past experience and industry best practices.

∎ Age 30 to 39 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have previous Solar Project Experience in Bangladesh or Overseas.
