Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
∎ Preferable M. Pharm from Public University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Must have Computer and ERP software knowledge
∎ Skills Required: Pharmaceutical Production

∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage Production & Product development department of Statile & Non-Sterile.
∎ Ensuring manufacturing of products timely as per marketing demand.
∎ To keep & provide up-to date data to the superior about Man power, Machine and Productivity.
∎ To monitor the Productivity of man and Machinery in respect of daily target and to monitor the GMP during every step of processing for the Sterile and non-sterile areas.
∎ Work with cGMP, regulatory compliance and monitor CAPA effectiveness.
∎ To Monitor and enhance, Productivity and Capacity utilization by implementing effective solutions on identified gaps and bottlenecks.
∎ To plan, formulate & design for new products and project planning to meet the timeline of new product development.
∎ To develop the process validation and to validate the manufacturing process as per guideline.
∎ To undertake a pre-formulation study for new Product Development.
∎ To handle technical problems and take corrective measures of different product formulation problems.
∎ To prepare BMR, BPR, SOPs, Process Validation Protocol & Report, Stability protocol & Report.
∎ To handle process deviation and troubleshooting during manufacturing.
∎ Responsible to ensure that the cGMP, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines.
∎ To prepare lab/pilot batches for the new and existing product development.
∎ To prepare the recipe, annexure, dossiers, etc for regulatory requirements.
∎ To prepare process validation reports and to execute process validation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience in Production and PD Department for the Sterile and non-sterile area.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Compensation package as per company policy.
