Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular project progress reports noting actual progress against master work program,
∎ calculating weighted average progress by MS Project and preparing progress report.
∎ Gantt tracking by MS Project/Updating schedule as per changes/practical requirement.
∎ Performing variance analysis.
∎ Identify schedule conflicts and provide recommendations for resolution / decision required and cost management information.
∎ Monitoring compliance of material supply as per resource planning.
∎ Minimizing overstock (Inventory) of materials by preparing of materials consumption ratio report.
∎ To implement an optimal procurement strategy that establishes "best value" flexibility of construction operations.
∎ Monitor the budget and project costs throughout the project life cycle.
