Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or Higher degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Marine engineering from a public / reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain regular and cordial liaison with the BPDB, NLDC officials for efficient evacuation of power as per the PPA.
∎ Consulting with Plant Manager, Responsible for Managing and Planning the Operation and Maintenance of Plant Engines, Boilers, ST and Auxiliaries, ensure to achieve safe, smooth and reliable production of Electricity and Deliver to National Grid.
∎ Ensure to provide required daily/ monthly reports to management.
∎ Motivate the Operation employees to work as team to establish the objectives and expectations of the organization and develop action plan and strategies to accomplishing them.
∎ Proper database recording/ Documentation of Plant Operational activities
∎ Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, lower down times, streamline work progress to provide quality and flawless customer services.
∎ Monitor and coordinate the consulting agencies for development activities of the newly introduced HSE compliance of the plant.
∎ Operate and maintain the Power Plant in a manner to achieve the monthly Plant Factor, Heat Rate and Availability of the Plant as per the PPA.
∎ Ensure compliance with all of countries' applicable laws related to the plant
∎ Follow Company policy, Security and cost effectiveness.
∎ Supervise EPC's work, Involve in commissioning and COD activities
∎ Reporting regularly to management with construction work progress and details analysis
∎ Finding defecting points comparing to design and negotiate with EPC team.
∎ Making schedule and organize for training of employee
∎ Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements.
∎ Follow other jobs assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 7 years' experience in HFO based power plants.
∎ Experience in HFO power plants including erection, commissioning experience will get preference
∎ Experience in MAN Engine with cogeneration will get preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in practicing standard Health, Safety and Environment policy and should come from Operation background, at least as Shift Charge Engineer
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Should clearly understand PPA, IA, LTSA and other contracts
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Manage team members well.
