Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Statistics/Population Science/Demography/Public Health/ Development Studies or relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in development sector, especially in planning, implementation of M&E process with partners in a large complex project, preferably in Health and Nutrition related project.
∎ Proven skills of setting indicators, developing MEAL plans, tools and systems and in quality assurance.
∎ Demonstrated capacity to identify project implementation gaps and propose solutions to be tested to address these gaps
∎ Ability to manage different events independently e.g. meeting, workshop, seminars as per program plan.
∎ Excellent data analyzing, documentation and report writing skills is essential.
∎ Proficiency in MS, GIS software, MIS and with thorough practical knowledge of statistical packaged such as SPSS.
