Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering and experience working with earth moving equipment companies;
∎ Training/Trade Course: Earth moving equipements
∎ Skills Required: Construction Equipment

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Planning and implementing scheduled maintenance:
∎ Ensure schedule for all kinds of Periodical & Corrective Maintenance & implement accordingly.
∎ 2. Controlling the breakdowns:
∎ Manage all kinds of breakdowns
∎ 3. Planning budget for Equipment & Office:
∎ Planning budget for all kind of Equipment maintenance & office and fund for purchase spare & equipment mobilization in monthly basis.
∎ 4. Ensuring collect of all spares:
∎ Ensure collect all spare to maintenance equipment by SCM department with maintenance procedure.
∎ 5. Financial records maintenance:
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records
∎ 6. Supervising engineering and technical staff:
∎ Supervising all mechanical engineers, accounts officer, admin and documentation staff, mechanics, operators and helpers and all associate.
∎ 7. Health & Safety Legislation:
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
∎ 8. Preparing Reports:
∎ Commissioning / De-Commissioning Reports, Breakdown reports, maintenance reports, financial reports, Administrative reports, operation reports, etc.
∎ 9. PR submission by ERP:
∎ Submit PR by ERP system as per requirements of spare parts for maintenance issues and track the record.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have extensive management expertise with heavy earth moving construction equipment's mechanical engineering (include crane, dump truck, lorry, excavator, and others).

Salary: Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)
