Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Service/ support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
∎ Extrusion/Injection Molding Maintenance will get priority
∎ Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns
∎ Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments
∎ Preparing schedule of overhauling and maintenance of utility equipment
∎ Supervising engineering and technical staffs
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records and reduce maintenance cost.
∎ Managing stocks of spares
∎ Updating production managers on maintenance plan.
∎ Optimizes maintenance resources utilization
∎ Provides technical guidance for the preventive and predictive maintenance programs
∎ Develops standards for major maintenance overhauls and outages
∎ Reviews deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance
∎ Vendor/ supplier management
∎ Communicate machine suppliers for technical details
∎ Set KPI and target for the team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of maintain and overhauling utility equipment - Generator, Air Compressor, Chiller, Lift etc.
∎ Experience in Electrical load calculation, sub-station, Distribution board, Transformer, Cable, Circuit breaker Selection of a factory
∎ Leadership capabilities to lead factor maintenance team
