Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store/ Inventory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and supervise the Inventory Management system
∎ Receive store materials from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document
∎ Distribute store materials as per requisition
∎ Conduct physical inventory taking regularly and ensure inventory and batch accuracy
∎ Ensure all receive and distribution of store materials are properly documented and released
∎ Generate monthly/Quarterly/half-yearly/yearly reports in accordance with various report formats and as may be required by the management
∎ Prepare monthly stock-report regularly
∎ Maintain store ledgers properly
∎ Data base maintain- in Tally ERP software
∎ Check inventory records for accuracy
∎ Keep records of items received, issued or transferred to another location
∎ Check received stock against invoices
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue store document properly
∎ Short and long-term inventory planning consistent with PO and SCM planning
∎ Ensuring utilization of excess materials as and when required
∎ Manage inventory and service targets to achieve business and profitability goals

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sense of urgency and accountability, pro-active working attitude and good collaboration
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Computer literacy is must (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
∎ Must have knowledge on ERP based software
∎ Experience in cement industry will be preferred
