∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from reputed public or private universities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ On hand experience on Solar Power Plant Project will get preference.
∎ On hand experience in installation, commissioning & SCADA operation.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities.
∎ Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication skills in verbal and written in English & Bengali and Report Writing.
∎ Knowledge of Auto CAD.
∎ Handy in MS Office application, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Material, Installation & Commissioning, Calibration, etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with PDB, PGCB and BPDB to obtain approval to carry out assigned tasks.
∎ Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects of various vendors.
∎ Monitor project parameters and assign responsibilities to the most capable employees.
∎ Perform quality control tasks, schedules, plans, and report on the project's status.
∎ Oversee the ongoing electrical engineering tasks and undertake necessary corrective actions.
∎ Develop specification for the needed equipment.
∎ Assure necessary maintenance, trouble shooting of power plants.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance schedule and other plant machinery carried in time.
∎ Maintain proper documentation process of machine maintenance.
∎ Develop maintenance plan regarding upcoming maintenance and submit requisition to arrange necessary spare parts.
∎ Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any job.
∎ Follow company policy in the time of performing any assigned task to ensure cost effectiveness.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

∎ We are looking for accountable " Deputy Manager/ Manager, Electrical" to be responsible for Electrical engineering and technical disciplines in our solar power project situated in Lalmonirhat and it's a sister concern of Paramount Group.
