Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Good knowledge of machine maintenance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Heavy Duty Manufacturing Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of Injection molding machine, extrusion machine, wire cut machine, hydraulic/ power press machine and other heavy machines responding to breakdowns.
∎ Diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering and technical staff. Obtaining special components, fixtures and fittings.
∎ Reducing breakdown of machine with proper root cause analysis and effective troubleshooting.
∎ Preparing annual budget for maintenance and CAPEX proposal as per requirement.
∎ Making sure spare requisition on time by co-ordination with inventory management.
∎ Carrying out installation & commissioning works of new machines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience in Machine Maintenance related works in heavy manufacturing Industries.
∎ Candidates having experience in maintenance of Injection molding machine, extrusion machine, wire cut machine, hydraulic/power press and other heavy machine will get preference.
∎ Candidates should have experience on installation & commissioning of new machines.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on basic Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical maintenance work.
∎ Should have strong personality, proven leadership, trouble shooting skills & have capability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be good team player and target oriented.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
Salary: Negotiable
