Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/ Masters/Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed public/ private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to Search Land in different source.
∎ Capable to meeting & negotiation with Land owner independently.
∎ Candidate should be well disciplined, energetic, dynamic, confident and capable to work under pressure with positive approach.
∎ Enough Knowledge on new DAP with FAR calculation.
∎ Preparing joint venture development proposal & to maintain land database.
∎ Capable to handle the media person
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 6 to 8 years practical experience in reputed real-estate Company.
∎ Must have computer knowledge & strong command on MS office, Excel and typing speed will be 15-20 word per minute.
∎ Must be capable in Database, E-mail & SMS marketing to generate leads.
