Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of Electric sub-station, Generator, Solar Panel, Pumps etc. in high rise building.
∎ Monitoring & Maintenance, Electric Control Panels, Fire Protection & Fighting Systems including Lifts, HVACs.
∎ Prepare and execute regular preventive maintenance schedules of all electro-mechanical equipment's in the high-rise building.
∎ Responsible for schedule maintenance of all machines and equipment of the project.
∎ Ensures total preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence machines/equipment.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, gas, etc) and measure units of utilities produced, utilized and waste- through monthly reporting.
∎ Maintain accurate and thorough inventory of electrical work in building, parts and related manuals.
∎ Visit the site frequently and need to check the work progress.
∎ Communicate job status through verbal communications, or through other written communications
∎ Follow up electrical design and making BOQ of building and guidelines as well as all standards of electrical work, safety and maintenance practices.
∎ Co-ordinate with Designers like Architect, Structural Engineers, Electro-mechanical Engineers and differ different departments for supplying the construction materials timely at site.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Capable of guiding and coordination of different activities for high rise international hotel, hospital & commercial project and make the team work effectively. Experience of working in international hotel, hospital or commercial project is required.
∎ Sound knowledge about preparing electrical drawings of international hotel, hospital or commercial project.
∎ Sound knowledge about installing electrical equipment of international hotel, hospital or commercial project.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge of SLD for electrical works..
∎ Candidate should able to generate tender drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, shop drawings for electrical works.
∎ Candidate should have skill on coordination for different kind of drawings (mechanical, plumbing, ID, IT etc.) to eliminate installation error during project execution period.
∎ Sound knowledge about BNBC 2020, BNBC 2006 and other related codes which will be required for implementation of electrical work in project.
