Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ The required education is preferably from any public engineering university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform the in-charge role of the electrical unit of the Engineering and Maintenance Department.
∎ Must have vast experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). The job responsibilities for being an HVAC specialist will be as follows: i) Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems ii) Maintaining HVAC water-cooled chiller operation iii) Maintaining the VRF ongoing systems iv) Maintaining a 600 kVA existing generator and installing a 600 kVA new generator v) Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels vi) Installing HVAC components vii) Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely viii) Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems ix) Finding and fixing faults x) Helping customers to reduce their energy use
∎ Develop strategic electrical plans by studying operational plans and existing conditions, determining needs to accomplish operational plans, mapping solutions, updating and modifying requirements and solutions, and preparing cost estimates and budgets.
∎ Maintain the existing substation, transformer, switch gear etc.
∎ Maintain electrical systems by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenance schedules and procedures and testing programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating shut-downs and installations.
∎ Provide electrical engineering recommendations, technical support on electrical engineering reviews, and strategic plans of projects.
∎ Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 07 years of progressive experience with electrical works of which at least 2 years have been spent in a managerial role.
