∎ · At least 07 years’ progressive experience with electrical works and HVAC system work of which at least 3 years has been spent in as Assistant Manager.
∎ · Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
∎ · Collaborates with colleagues and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ · Extremely detail-oriented, with well-developed organizational skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
∎ · Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
∎ · Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software (ex. MS Office Suite).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Perform the charge role of the Electromechanical unit of the Engineering and Maintenance department.
∎ 2. Must have vast experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and VRF system. Experience in Substation and Generators operation. The job responsibilities for being an HVAC specialist will be as follows:
∎ - Project sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems, placement of pipework, ducts and control panels, Installing HVAC components, maintaining HVAC water-cooled chiller operation.
∎ - Maintaining the Existing VRF ongoing systems and HVAC air cooled system in hospital.
∎ - Maintaining 600 KVA and 400KVA existing generators and 650KVA new generators.
∎ - Maintaining existing 1000KVA, 800KVA substation and 2500KVA new substation, transformer, etc.
∎ - Planning and performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safety checking of BBT to MDB, SDB in different floor with HVAC system controlling electrical device of new building.
∎ - Planning and finding and fixing faults, helping customers to reduce their energy use.
∎ 3. Develop strategic electrical plans by studying operational plans and existing conditions, determining needs to accomplish operational plans, mapping solutions, updating and modifying requirements and solutions, and preparing cost estimates and budgets.
∎ 4. Maintain electrical systems by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenance schedules and procedures and testing programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating shut-downs and installations.
∎ 5. Provide electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans in existing hospital and in projects.
∎ 6. Maintaining and operation of VRF ongoing system.
∎ 7. Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
