Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have Experience to face Custom Audit and Should have ability to handle customs auditing and related issues independently.
∎ Exclusively responsible for independent and smooth operation of Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond.
∎ Have vast experience of export LC and import LC with UD / UP knowledge.
∎ Prepare yearly import and export customs statement for Bond audit.
∎ Ensure maintenance of compliance with all regulatory requirements as envisaged in Bangladesh Government Rules or foreign buyers' rules.
∎ All Customs clearance of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
∎ To manage efficiently the customs & bond license audit, renewal and related activities & familiar with custom rules and import related web portal.
∎ Update in-bond, ex-bond in bond register on a regular basis and maintain stock management & statement.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Customs, VAT, Bond.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act and bond formalities.
∎ Obtain/ renewal of all kind of related licenses e.g. ERC, IRC, and Trade License, TIN.
∎ Update in-bond, ex-bond in bond register on a regular basis, general Bond Renewal.
∎ Obtain/ renewal of all kind of related licenses (Bond license, VAT, EPB, BGMEA and Fire license).
∎ Any Other task Assign by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent management leadership skills.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in MS office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skills .
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bond Licensing, Commercial and Bond Customs, Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond.
∎ Have vast experience of export LC and import LC with UD / UP knowledge.
