∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting Information System, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Industrial Management
∎ Skills Required: Accounting, Basic Computer skills., Commercial and Bond Customs, supply chain management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial and Banking, Customs Bond
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with all Export and Import related Matters.
∎ To deal with all kinds of L/C related matter, Banking function and documentation.
∎ To deal with Bill of lading, C&F issues, and to communicate with different buyer.
∎ Sound knowledge about customs related documents and procedure
∎ To check & control PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services.
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import/export activities and inform management as required.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines as per planning.
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kind of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ Mail communication with clients commercial team & other necessary concern and working closely with sales team to get signed bills from customer.
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management
∎ Responsible for overall commercial activities including Export, Import, Bond and EPZ Gate Documentation Handling.
∎ Lead the process to importing raw materials and exporting finished goods for 100% Export oriented Company by LC, Sales Contract and different modes.
∎ Collecting different account and loan statement from bank regularly.
∎ Follow up Local & foreign documents purchase/Negotiation, Maturity & payment with bank.
∎ Follow up and maintain bill collection formalities with clients.
∎ Communicate with bank for LC and Import document & also with Client based commercial and CNF to collect signed bills.
∎ Follow up closely with buyers team and meet their documentation requirements.
∎ Report all commercial activities weekly and monthly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge about import and export documentation procedures of garments, trims or accessories.
∎ Minimum 2-5 years working experience in commercial department in 100% export oriented company.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali;
∎ Must have basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft office and outlook etc.
∎ Must possess Positive professional attitude.
