∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Auto Cad

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, implement & monitor all project activities. Ensure that suitable project management systems are in place to achieve the schedule milestone.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to project team as and when needed.
∎ Manage all construction work as per the projected time with due attention to rate analysis through the proper market survey.
∎ Ensure quality of construction work and monitoring of all projects activities.
∎ To prepare materials and cost estimation.
∎ Identify the problem area and provide appropriate solution for all services.
∎ Develop work plan and follow up its execution and take necessary actions to prevent accidents.
∎ Any other task as assigned by Project Manager time to time.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with different Government/ Semi-government/ Private entities required for obtaining new projects and executing ongoing works

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Real Estate
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on estimation of R.C.C materials, cost analysis, Prepared of Quotation & Drawing.
∎ Hard-working, ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.
