Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
∎ Directing all transportation activities
∎ Maintain and manage all databases relating to transportation activities.
∎ Monitoring transport costs.
∎ Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
∎ Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
∎ Ensure compliance of safety standards in transportation functions.
∎ Ensure maintenance of vehicles in good running condition.
∎ Handle loading and unloading operations.
∎ Initiate cost efficiency measures in transportation operations.
∎ Implement environmental laws, procedures and processes.
∎ Build internal and external customer relationships.
∎ Manage, supervise and monitor fleet operations.
∎ Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
∎ Manage and develop logistics staff.
∎ Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.
∎ Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.
∎ Developing transportation relationships.
∎ Negotiating and bargaining transportation barrier.
∎ Dealing with the effects of congestion.
∎ Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
∎ Ensure implementation day-to-day activities of transportation.
∎ Supervise workloads, schedule, tasks and other related functions.
∎ Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Construction Type Foreign Project's experience will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
