∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Into bond and ex bond
∎ Bond License Renewal
∎ Preparation of documents/ papers for UP (utilization permission) properly & make sure approval from bond office.
∎ Issuance of a new Bond license
∎ Bond license merger/Continuous Bond.
∎ Doing all kind of jobs related to Customs Bond Commissioner ate. Clearing and forwarding
∎ Export / Import related all kind of reregister under Bond is properly maintained
∎ Statement of export & import for bond
∎ Stock maintain with bond & physical store
∎ DEDO related activities
∎ Group insurance related activities
∎ Collection UD & L/C amend from party office.
∎ To ensure Party acceptance as well as Bank Maturity and Payment Realization.
∎ Making PRC for issue from bank for bond license renewal purpose.
∎ Maintain Liaison and build up a satisfactory relationship with high officials relating to our Business.
∎ Maintain proper import and allocation from bond allotment
∎ Monthly VAT return submission & maintain VA return for machinery & spear parts.
∎ Monitoring customs bond related work & solve.
∎ Monitoring insurance policy and insurance claim.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Awareness of all type of circular from NBR for Custom Bond
∎ Experiences in working with Woven Fabrics Mills (Yarn Dyed, Solid Dyed, Digital print & Yarn Dying) will be treated as an added advantage.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Conception of UCPDC 2007 Revision, ICC Publication no. 600.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Have a sense of urgency.
∎ Excellent persuasion skill.
