∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ With an MBA will be given added value.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Provide inputs to General Manager for annual production planning at group level.
∎ - Prepare and achieve annual, quarterly and monthly production plan for the Plant considering the internal and external requirements.
∎ - Ensure the performance of Hose crimping operations to reduce the potential cost reduction and quality improvement.
∎ - Ensure timely calibration of testing equipment and pressure testing machineries.
∎ - Ensure proper management of spares to control maintenance cost.
∎ - Ensure complete overhauling and maintenance of valves, piston etc. as a central service provider for the group.
∎ - Plan for sourcing and procure hose and fittings on basis of the internal and external requirements.
∎ - Ensure the quality of hose and fittings prior to shipment and in time of receiving the materials.
∎ - Ensure market creation for hose and fitting business.
∎ - Ensure that the Unit policies, guidelines and SOPs are developed, reviewed, updated and maintained to align operational activities.
∎ - Coordination with Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Admin on aligning the operational need to support the hose business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Command in MS Office application.
∎ Good command in English Communication (specking & writing)
∎ Good Command in negotiation skills
