Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take lead in organizational legal compliance processes and liaison with Karnaphuli Group(KG) companies as needed.
∎ Maintain an awareness of any possible safety or security risk to the KG organizations and develops plans that will provide for such contingencies mitigating any risks
∎ Oversee the Administration function, ensuring adequate Admin support is provided to companies or staffs when needed. Office management including processes related to record keeping, filing, email & mail, stock keeping etc.
∎ Oversee the preparation and coordination of office activities, i.e. team meeting, team coordination, organizing office programs, event management etc.
∎ Communicate with Government, semi-government, autonomous bodies/agencies, trade associations, chambers in matters related to processing and renewal Licenses, IRC & ERC, Memberships, Work Permits for foreign employees, Labor Relations etc.
∎ Prepare and issue office circulars, notifications and memorandums as per requirement of KG
∎ Supervise, manage corporate communications systems including provision of mobile phones to employees, coordinate with mobile phone operators, BTRC, BTCL and other related agencies for smooth telecommunications services.
∎ Acts as focal for organizational relations while ensuring the organization’s operations comply with regulatory compliances. Investigates and report on accidents and related incidents, recommending any changes that may be necessary.
∎ Encourage and maintains sound employee relations by undertaking all necessary consultation and negotiation with staff on personnel issues to ensure that harmonious relationships and effective communications are maintained between management and staff.
∎ Undertake responsibility of coordinating of new projects to be assigned.
∎ Additional duties and responsibilities as required by the Departmental Head or Management.

∎ Ability to plan, direct, reporting and evaluate admin activities.and coordinate projects. Up to date with labour, contract and company laws Conversant with Excel, Power Point and Office.
