Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead & Coordinate:
∎ Direct a multidisciplinary design team and track deliverables to meet deadlines.
∎ Approve Designs:
∎ Review and sign off on all road, bridge, and civil structure drawings, ensuring alignment with AASHTO, IRC, Eurocode, JICA, and local codes.
∎ Solve Issues:
∎ Provide expert guidance on complex technical problems and support construction teams in the field.
∎ Use Advanced Tools:
∎ Apply MIDAS Civil, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and similar software for analysis as needed.
∎ Control Documentation:
∎ Oversee reports, BOQs, shop/fabrication drawings, and tender responses.
∎ Engage Stakeholders:
∎ Represent the design team in meetings, present concepts, and address review comments to keep projects compliant with FIDIC and environmental standards.
