Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with Project manages to identify sub-contracting needs for each project
∎ Any kind of civil drawings, analysis, understanding of the construction industry
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors, outlining the scope of work & optimize project timelines
∎ Payment Terms & Conditions of the sub-contractor's work order
∎ Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues or concerns on tim
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and management facilitating effective communication
∎ Maintain accurate records of subcontractor’s activities, contracts, and performance evaluations
∎ Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes between subcontractors and the company
∎ Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements governing subcontractor relationships.
