Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of R & D Analytical unit of Zirabo and Dhamrai facility.
∎ To provide strategic direction for operational excellence and ensure thorough gap analysis on procedures, people competencies and organizational set up .
∎ To ensure robust stability management as per ICH guidelines.
∎ To ensure successful analytical technology transfer.
