Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Air-Conditioning/B.Sc in Engineering/ Electro-Mechanical Engineering/Cooling Technology (Educational Segment flexible with Machinery Selling Experience)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Lead the whole sales, operation & technical support Team Members
∎ Regular Visit all Govt. Private offices and collect information of all ongoing and upcoming projects.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with company's existing customers and create new.
∎ Achieve Company Business targets as per business plan
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Plan, organize, Train and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
∎ Plan, develop & implement sales operation in the organization
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain any assign job.
∎ Build strong network building in the segment of Traders and End users.
∎ • Report preparation (Sales, Credit, Competitor, Product etc.) at least once in every 3 months
∎ Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10+ years of Experience in a senior leadership role in Sales Operation & Business Development
∎ Working Experience in industrial Machineries & Equipment Trading Company.
∎ Ability to influence others through strong analytical and communication skills in talking with Local & Foreign People.
∎ Have a Good Network in Corporate Industrial Management in Food Processing, Frozen Item Processing & FMCG sectors in Bangladesh
∎ Ability to read machine and plant blue-prints and other technical drawings
∎ Individual
