Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after overall security aspects of country-wide company establishments and respond to emergency situations as required
∎ To analyze the present security structure & suggest management the ways & means for developing of an effective & efficient security management system
∎ To control and guide Security Supervisors & Security Guards
∎ To maintain close liaison and avail support of different Law Enforcing agencies as and when necessary.
∎ To conduct regular fire safety inspections of all the facilities and ensure that they meet all necessary codes and regulations.
∎ To respond to fire emergencies and arson crimes, investigate and report the causes to authority and take appropriate responsive actions.
∎ To train the guards and follow-up
∎ To monitor electronic surveillance / cameras
∎ To perform any other tasks as & when assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Skills Required: Security
∎ Only the recently retired Major of Bangladesh Army can apply
