Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's degree in any branch of Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the organization;
∎ Work with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily/monthly/yearly programs;
∎ Maintain a schedule of different events and represent the organization when needed;
∎ Prepare working papers & proceedings of different meetings;
∎ Follow up with Management on the process and policy development progress;
∎ Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Secretary, BAS

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement : At least 15 years of experience in any Govt. / Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization with at least 05 years service as Asstt. Director / Equivalent post.
∎ Well versed in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and must be knowledgeable of most online communication platforms;
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker, smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Age : Maximum 65 yrs. (as per birth date of NID card)
∎

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50,000 / Negotiable (consolidated). Salary will be reviewed based on Performance
