Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administer and manage infrastructure contracts based on FIDIC standards.
∎ Oversee the full contract life cycle management, from initiation to close-out.
∎ Prepare, evaluate, and respond to contractual claims and variations.
∎ Maintain and manage a comprehensive claim and variation database.
∎ Draft contractual correspondence, notices, and reports with precision and clarity.
∎ Support dispute resolution processes including mediation, adjudication, and arbitration.
∎ Coordinate with executing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution of contractual obligations.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic advice on contract-related matters.
∎ Assist in the preparation and review of tender documents and contract agreements.
∎ Maintain contract records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
